Initiate Your Request

Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Securely Package Items

Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included, then pack them into a sturdy shipping box.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
